DLDS-3516 Industrial Robot Technology Application System

Industrial robot technology application system adopts modular and open design, and consists of basic training platform for industrial robots and integrated training module. Among them, the basic training platform for industrial robots is mainly composed of six axis robot, four axis robot, industrial vision camera, mobile transmission system, PLC control unit, touch screen, etc. its main function is to complete the transmission, identification and installation of various integrated training module products According to the different assembly tasks, the integrated training module is divided into five training modules: fingertip gyro pressing module, digital keyboard full-automatic assembly module, workpiece full-automatic grinding module, robot full-automatic gift packaging module, multi product material transfer and stacking module. The training module consists of the corresponding raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, transfer mechanism and fixture. In different assembly task training, only the corresponding training module is installed on the operation platform.

This mechatronics trainer is widely used in TVET schools and universities as the electrical learning systems, industrial robot system and Robotics Technician Training equipment.
