Backup Service Team
We are now having 4 fully trained servicing team (each team 2 person) that major in maintenance and servicing for hoist and crane. We repair all type of hoist besides than our own product.
We own a factory with overhead crane facilities only for repairing and maintenance job. Our servicing job are cover the range of Malaysia.
Besides than repairing job, the scope of service for our maintenance team included modify of those hoist and crane that out of spare path. Every modification job are done by experience engineer to ensure the safety and do not affect the usage of machine.
Every times when our Backup Team done their duty, there is a “service” report summit to our client for reference. This is easy for our clients clearly understand their machine condition, especially the safety factor as well.
