Wrap-Around labels “Rollfed”

For the Rollfed Wrap-Around Labelling of bottles and other containers Robatech offers a comprehensive hotmelt nozzle application system.
The application system consists of a melting unit and a specially for this application developed hot melt jetting head for the pick-up and the overlap glueing.
It sticks wrap-around labels provided from a roll, cut in lenght and placed on a vacuum drum with the back of the label showing outside for the glueing by hot melt and then handed over to the bottle or container.
The glueing of the pick-up and the overlap of the label is done by means of a row of glue dots appplied by the especially developed V-shape jetting head.
