Faulty locations like knot holes, pitch pockets, cracks and other defects in floor boards are usually treated during the production process of parquet, panels, windows, massive and laminated board or profiled timber.
Robatech offers a tailored hot-injection system for repairing the surface of boards with practically no visible marks. The defective spot is filled with a thermoplastic filler, which adheres very strongly, doesn’t shrink, solidifies quickly and is colour matched. The treated piece of timber can be processed further by sanding, milling or painting within a few minutes.
