CVC AI30 Vial/ampoule inspection system:
CVC AI30 is designed to ultimately guard the quality of injectable solutions; positioned right after the filling system, to detect visible deficiencies that appear during the production. It is applicable to inspections of particles, filling level, cosmetic defects, and foreign matters inside containers.

Equipped with 3 cameras as the standard configuration, 2 for foreign particulates and 1 for filling level (or alucap sealing); an optional camera could be added for ampoule tip  shape.
