SMAP vacuum formed trays and clamshell packaging using wide range of plastic materials, apart from insulative materials, we are able to vacuum form ESD materials, including Hips Conductive, A-pet Antistatic, and HIPS Anti-static.

Anti-static and Conductive packaging are ideal and safe way to store and transport static sensitive devices and equipments, such as PCB; or to be used in clean room environments.

We custom made vacuum formed Anti-Static& Conductive plastic trays and clam-shell. We will fabricate the mould according to your specifications,  and design to best fit your products.

Material Available are :
HIPS White Antistatic(impregnated); A-Pet clear (impregnated or coating);
HIPS Black Conductive(or Surface Coating)

Typical Surface Resistivity are as follows:
Anti-Static - 10^10-10^12 ohms/sq;
Conductive - 10^3-10^5 ohms/sq
