The Impingement IQF, flat belt type is the ideal Quick Freezer for Frozen Seafood and Foodstuff Factory. 

The PRINCIPLE
The thermal exachange procedure is executed all surfaces of products. The special air distributor creates high velocity air stream to freeze down the product by two methods : direct contact at the upper part of product and by air convection at the lower part of product.
