APPLICATION
Outdoor or Indoor
For use with shingle wire armoured 'W',wire braided 'X', steel tape armoured 'Z' and non-armoured (A2) elastomer and plastic insulated cable.
When using this type of gland with non armoured cable the armour clamping components are still required for compression of inner seals.

FUNCTION
- Provides armour clamping, using one component for armour / braid types W, X, Z.
- Provides a seal on inner sheath of cable.
- Provides a seal on outer sheath of cable.

Hawke glands are manufactured as standard in brass. Alternative materials and plating are available upon request.

CORROSION RESISTANCE
All brass components are treated with a special finish to withstand harsh environmental conditions.

VARIATIONS
Alternative certified entry thread types Pg, BSPP, BSPT, ET and NPSM are available.
Alternative entry thread sizes are also available.
For non-standard armour, alternative clamping rings are available.
