PBTCA has low content of phosphonic, also has excellent scale and corrosion inhibition due to it has structural characteristics of both phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid. So it is superior to common organic phosphonic acids, especially in the high temperature. It can enhance the zinc’s solubility, and has good oxidability of chlorine resistance and good synergism of formulation.

Range of application:

PTBCA is a high efficient agent as scale and corrosion inhibitor. It is the excellent stabilizer for zinc salt. It is widely used as scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems and oilfield refill water system, can especially use together with zinc salt and copolymer. It can be used in situations of high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and high concentration index. It is also used as chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in washing industry. 

Usage:

PBTCA is usually used together with zinc salt、copolymer、organic phosphine、carbazole and other water treatment chemicals. When used alone, the dosage of 5-15mg/L is preferred.

Package and Storage:

Normally In 25kg or 250kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required. 

Storage for twelv months in room shady and dry place.
