Specification:
1, This gantry crane made in China is usually available in workshop of colouring aluminium extruded sections, in the workshops else of electroplating and pickling which apply similar technology and use the crane frequently.

2, Since the space of wokshop with high humidity is full of volatile gas , such as corrosive gas and acidic gas, the surface of crane must make rust removed by shot-blasting machine, and then be sprayed with anti-corrosive paint. For the same reason, electrical machine and electrical components which are in high grade of protection should be chosen.

3, Use single bridge as platform. Set the lifting frame according to the practical lifting height, and even equip the crane with the guard rail and the maintenance platform of lifting base if necessary. The driver' s cab and the trolley frame mutually reinforcing are connected to bridge separately.

4, Roller chain and counterweight are adopted for lifting. Open-close type of hook for choice. Wirerope is used in counterweight as second protection in order to avoid falling off.

5, The crane with variable-frequency speed regulator. The classification group of whole crane is A7 ( Superheavy ). Two types of main girder for choice: welded H-shaped steel girder designed specially \ welded box girder.

6, The driver' s cab could be designed to access from end face or side face. According to requirement of user, three modes of control for choice: button control \ remote control \ PLC programmed control of multiple cranes.

7, Dimensions of L1, L2, L3, H, H1, span, lifting height and size of oxidation pond listed in drawing, all should be dictated by working place and process flow.

8, When the customer place an order of crane, it must be acknowledged if the user has specific requirement.
