Automatic Tank Welder is mainly for welding large oil tank, cylinder, etc. Automatic Tank Welder is a self propelled frame designed to apply efficient horizontal seam welds (by means of Submerged Arc Welding) on large field erected storage tanks. Automatic Tank Welder divided in two types, which is "single sided welding" and " double sides welding ".

Submerged arc welding process for welding at the same time through the internal and external walls. Support unit of the flux include the two knurled driving wheel, belt system and recycle as much as 95% of capacity.

Automatic Tank welder is capable of weld Oil Tank more than 6 meter in diameter, Welding of plate thickness ranging from 6 mm (min) to 50 mm(max) and plate height from 1200 mm (min) 1850 mm (max).

For safety facilities, the Automatic Tank welding station is equipped with a emergency stop button, to stop all control of welding station incase of emergency situation. The automatic Tank welder machine operator platform is a sturdy and solid workstation with guardrails and all-weather curtains for operato safety and comfort. The automatic tank welder is fully equipped with its own direction and speed controls.
