Introduce

Application

Longitudinal seam welding machine is our standard product for longitudinal seam welding. Compact finger clamps ensure clamping steadily and cooling weldment quickly, to minimize distortion and over welding, moreover, one-side welding with back formation is achieved.

Components

It consist of lathe bed, pneumatic finger clamps, guide beam, mandrel, linear carriage, pneumatic lifter, welding torch 2-D slider adjustable device, pneumatic system and electrical control system etc. pneumatic finger clamps and red copper backing bar evenly distribute the pressure for workpiece, 2-D adjustable device is used to adjust torch's initial welding position.
