1. Various face design of the DTH Hammer Bits:

A. Flat face bits: This kind of face shape is suitable for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations in application with high air pressure. Good penetration rates resist steel wash.

B. Drop center bits: For high penetration rates in soft to medium hard fissured rock formation. Low to medium air pressure. Maxmium hole deviation control.

C. Concave face bits: The all-round application bit face specially for medium and homogenerous rock formations. Good hole deviation control and good flushing capacity.

D. Convex face bits: For high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard with low to medium air pressure. It is the most resistance to steel wash and may reduce the load and wear on the gauge buttons, but poor hole deviation control.

E. Double gauge face: This kind of face shape is suitable for fast penetration rates in medium to hard rock formations. Designed for high air pressure and good resistance to steel wash step gauge bit.

2.Alternative button design of the DTH Hammer Bits:

A. Hemispherical button: Universal buttons for all rock formation, best suited to hardest and very abrasive rock formations.

B. Parabolic button: Excellent penetration rate, but only suited to medium hard and not ao abrasive rock formation.

C. Ballistic button: Similar to parabolic buttons, used for soft to medium hard and bot so abrasive rock formation, excellent penetration rate.

3. Material of the DTH Hammer Bits:

Our DTH Bits For Drilling In Mining are produced from premium quality nickel-alloy steel for increased durability and wear characteristics. Specific heat treatment standards and special “stress relief” processes ensure consistent performance. They are designed for maximum performance and hole cleaning ability and high penetration rate.
