Digital Pressure Switches with Remote Display
The Remote Display type of pressure and vacuum switch removes the control module from the sensor, allowing access to the display and setting functions even when the pressure or vacuum is being read from an inaccessible part of the machine; this is especially useful when the controller for the switch needs to be incorporated into a control panel. In the case of the Multi-channel controller, a single controller monitors up to four pressure sensors. Like the integrated display type of switch and depending on the switch chosen, these high precision switches are suitable for various fluids and have either switch or analog outputs.

Digital Pressure Switches without Display
These stand alone pressure and vacuum switches use solid state electronics for fast and accurate response. The ZSE/ISE switches require very little installation space and can be integrated with the ZM and ZX/ZR vacuum systems. The air checkers are extremely compact pressure and vacuum detectors with push-in connections, while the ZSP1 adsorption confirmation switch is suited to very small work piece detection. The ISA2 air catch sensor is a dedicated tolerance measurement instrument with an accuracy of 0.01mm and a detection range of 0.01mm to 0.5mm.

Digital Flow Switches
The advanced Digital Flow Switches offered by SMC ensure high accuracy, precise control and easy reading of displayed flow rates. The Flow Switches are suited to air, water, de-ionised water and chemicals, and can measure flow rates as well as accumulative flow quantities. The outputs from these units include up to two switched outputs as well as analog outputs in either volts or milli-amps, while some models have a colour changing display for quick and easy condition identification. Since the Digital Flow Switches measure across their entire flow range and not just at the set points like most mechanical switches, these Flow Switches can be used for system monitoring and failure prediction.
