In 1970, we developed and released the very first Chinese metal scrap press machine, and since then we have acquired in-depth business acumen and know-how. We have consistently produced various types of machines, including the series of horizontal double and triple acting scrap press machines. In total, there are more than 100 variations to date. We most recently developed the vertical triple acting scrap shear machine. It can process a great variety of metal scrap materials. They are, for instance, lightweight materials like bushellings and steel turnings which are categorized as hard-to-process materials.
Scrap Shear
More than 20 Lidi's scrap shear machines have been in operation in China to date and are highly reputable. To meet the needs of our foreign clients, we developed a series of wide guillotine shear machines which have a 2 meters wide blade. We are proud of the variety in our product portfolios.
Alligator Shear
Lidi released the first alligator shear machine in the Chinese market more than 30 years ago. Since then, a series of Lidi's alligator shear machines have been highly praised and recognized as core products in this market. Above all, the single-alligator shear machine (Q43Y-85D) has been widely used not only in China, but also in other countries and regions, such as Southeast Asia and Russia.
SHREDDER
We introduced technology from Newell about 20 years ago, and the very first Chinese metal shredder machine (PSX-6080) started its line operation in Guangdong Province in 2001. This operation has been running smoothly for nearly 10 years. Recently,
more than 20 machines are running in China, and Lidi Group has established a concrete position as a world's leading company.
