Hygicontrol URK

The URK family of two way passage hygiene stations with hand disinfector, walkthrough footwear cleaner and turnstile unit, has all the elements needed for 100% hygiene control in your factory. These compact machines can be set up in the smallest corridors and hallways.

 

Function: When entering the production area, the hand sanitizing process is obligatory in the hand disinfection chamber, which is ergonomically designed with rubber protectors to avoid any hand injuries. After successful hand disinfection the turnstile unit is released and when leaving the station the footwear is cleaned and disinfected by the rotating brushes. When leaving the production area in the other

direction, the turnstile unit is always open and a sensor activates the rotating brushes, which remove all the dirt and disinfect the footwear at the same time.

 

The basic URK machine can be upgraded with:

·         Automatic soaping and hand-wash unit (such as URK/W)

Vertical brushes for cleaning of boot sides (such as URK/WV300 or URK/V70)
