YOZHO®988＃is a multipurpose potting material, has excellent electrical insulation, high temperature stability and thermal conductivity, low temperature flexibility, moderate intensity after vulcanization can be broken apart, ease of maintenance, especially to apply the heat sink and thermal interface bonding, electronic circuit board assembling, power-supply module and sensor sealing. Characteristics 1、Low viscosity, good performance in bubble removing. 2、Room temperature vulcanization, removing alcohol-hardened products, no corrosion and other effects after application. 3、Insulation, moisture-proof, waterproof, thermal conductivity, resistance to weather. 4、This product does not need to use other primer, PC (Polycarbonate) Epoxy materials, has excellent adhesion and therefore also has excellent effect in moisture-proof and waterproof. 5、988＃ is poly-siloxane compounds which is known to be one of the least active compounds.
