Plastic injection molding

Manufacturer of standard & custom plastic enclosures for electronic instruments, medical, measurement, laboratory, telecommunication & hand held devices. Housing is available for desk or bench top equipments including meters, test equipment, telecommunications, security & monitoring devices. Hand held cases are available for remote control devices & security products. Deep bottom & flat bottom boxes feature molded top cover & are available with or without external wall mounting tabs. Some models also feature battery door access. Enclosures & panels can be machined or drilled to create openings for switches, connectors or displays. Silk screening & graphic overlays are also available. Industries served include industrial, communication & medical.

Blow Molding 
Our custom blow molding services cover all types of containers, from 1cc up to 60 gallons, and weighing anywhere from 1 gram to 20 pounds. We can manufacture sizes up to 25" diameter by 60" long.
We also help with material selection, providing mechanical testing and chemical analysis of all plastics compounds and materials. Many of our customers rely on Strong Plastics to manufacture their blow and injection molds as well as to design and supply high-speed robotic assembly machinery for plastics and metal components.

Die Casting
Specializing in manufacturers of high quality Aluminum Die Casting products for the Automotive Industry, the Motorcycle Industry and the Hardware Industry. We have both in-house Mould Making and metallurgical testing facilities.
