Hard drawn spring wire is popularly made of medium carbon steel through cold drawn process that performs well in applications that require average stress loads.

High-carbon steel wires are one of the most commonly used as spring wire materials for various mechanical applications. High Carbon Steel wires are not recommended for high or low temperatures or for shock or impact loading work conditions.

Diameter of carbon spring steel wire supplied: 0.3mm-6.0mm

Surface treatment: Bright, oiled or galvanized

Packing: In coils, wrapped by gunny cloth
Transport: Loading about 20tons in one 20's container
