The device is based on the principle of laser scattering, featuring a compact design, low power consumption, high anti-interference capability, and a minimum particle resolution of 0.3μm. It offers superior sensitivity and consistency with real-time detection output and supports functional expansion, such as the addition of formaldehyde sensors. Compatible in size and interface with infrared sensors, it is ideal for applications such as air purifiers, fresh air systems, air conditioners, car air purifiers, air quality detectors, environmental monitoring, and handheld air quality detectors. Designed to measure PM2.5 with a range of 0-1000μg/m³, it provides measurement consistency of ±10% for readings over 100μg/m³ and ±10μg/m³ for readings below 100μg/m³, adhering to the TSI 8530 reference standard. The device communicates via a UART 9600 bps data interface and operates with a front inlet and outlet on a DC 5±0.5V power supply. It functions within a temperature range of -15°C to 60°C and humidity of 0-90% RH, with storage conditions of -30°C to 70°C and the same humidity range. Weighing just 24g with dimensions of 59mm x 45mm x 14mm, it has an MTTF of ≥30,000 hours in intermittent operation mode.
