Circular Vibrating Screen Overview

       Circular vibrating screens is used to separate the different sizes of the final products in a crushing and screening plant. When the material is fed to the screen the undersizes passes through the screening surface while it moves on the screen by the vibration generated by vibration mechanism. The vibrating screens are avilable with two, three or four decks and in different sizes and capacities.

       The vibration mechanism is located at centre of screen body or above the screen body. The vibration is created by the eccentric weights rotating on a shaft held in the screen frame. The screen body is supported on the stationary or mobile main chassis by heavy duty suspension springs which assist vibrating.
       These vibrating screens' vibration mechanism is driven by V-belts and an electric motor.
