Drum chipper: mainly used to cut branches, small diameter wood, veneer, Flat noodles, etc. with diameter or thickness below 120 mm. The cutting mechanism is a rotating drum with several flying knives installed on it. When the flying knives rotate, they process the wood into process wood chips.
Disc cutting machine: composed of a disc cutter, cutting blade, bottom blade, disc cutter blades, etc. There is a groove on the front of the cutter head for installing cutting blades, and a wedge-shaped adjustment block is placed at the bottom of the blade to adjust the extension of the blade. The sliced wood chips can be turned to the other side of the cutterhead, and the blades are evenly arranged on the outer edge of the cutterhead. The airflow generated by the blades blows the wood chips out from the discharge port.
