The function of charcoal machine production line

Crusher: used to crush or screen raw materials such as sawdust, rice husks, tree branches, wood scraps, etc. into particles of less than 5mm to meet the needs of subsequent production.

Drying machine: Dry the crushed raw materials to control their moisture content below 12%, ensuring the quality of subsequent rod making and carbonization.

Rod making machine: The dried raw materials are processed at high temperature and high pressure to extrude into core rods (such as square or hexagonal) with a certain density and shape, preparing for carbonization.

Carbonization furnace: It is one of the core equipment of the charcoal production line, used to carbonize the produced core rod at high temperature, and finally obtain finished charcoal.
